Monkeys ready to be recruited!

               $830 raised of $3,200 for Mission Alaska 2018

Mission Alaska is a short term missions trip to bring the Gospel of Jesus to Alaska.  We will be commissioned from Waterbrook Bible Fellowship in partnership with Grace Works Alaska and FBC Wylie to bring hope and food to children who have very little.

Your donation of $30 or more helps feed hungry, disadvantaged children a good lunch and, in the afternoon, we will work in a local park teaching unchurched children and youth the Bible. We will support that work with games, crafts, music, and recreation. We will also host evangelistic community Park Parties in the evenings.

As part of our appreciation for your generous donation, we will send you a Thank You gift: a sock monkey of your choice, and also send a companion sock monkey to comfort a needy child in Alaska. Our hope is that the sock monkey will remind you to pray for a child we will reach on your behalf. We will also let the child know that someone back home, with the other monkey, is praying for them. Many of these children have so very little, a sock monkey will bring a measure of joy to their bleak world.

If you prefer, we will send both monkeys to children in Alaska in your name instead.

You can send a PM, email, or just write your preference in the comments below (your choice won't show up for other people to see, but we will mark your monkey as Recruited! and set aside the child's monkey for the mission trip to take with us).
